It's an AI meeting assistant you sell under your own brand. notetaker joins your Zoom and Google Meet calls, records and transcribes them, then writes up branded summaries and action items — your domain, your logo, your emails. Your customers never see our name.
In-house (your VPC or on-prem) is $10 per seat per year and it's the plan most teams pick. The fully managed Cloud plan is $18 per seat per year. Both are billed yearly.
Three reasons. It's cheaper — $10 vs $18 per seat. Meeting data never leaves your own infrastructure, which makes security and compliance sign-off far easier. And you keep full control: your own LLM, custom retention, audit logs, even an air-gapped setup. Cloud is the quicker start, but in-house is where most teams land.
Yes — that's the in-house plan. It runs inside your VPC or fully on-prem, so meeting data never leaves your infrastructure. You control retention, the models, and access with SSO/SAML and RBAC. An air-gapped setup is possible too.
Cloud can be live in a few days. In-house usually takes one to two weeks, depending on your environment and how much branding and integration you want.
Zoom and Google Meet work out of the box today. Microsoft Teams, Webex and other platforms aren't built in yet, but we can add them for you as custom development.
You do. We don't train external models on your data. On the in-house plan it stays entirely within your own infrastructure.
