**How much does it cost?**
In-house (your VPC or on-prem) is $10 per seat per year and is the most popular plan. The fully
managed Cloud plan is $18 per seat per year. Both are billed yearly.

**Why do most teams choose in-house?**
Three reasons: it's cheaper ($10 vs $18 per seat), meeting data never leaves your own
infrastructure (so security and compliance sign-off is easier), and you keep full control —
your own LLM, custom retention, audit logs and an optional air-gapped setup. Cloud is the
quicker start, but in-house is where most teams land.

**Can I run it on my own servers?**
Yes. The in-house plan runs inside your VPC or fully on-prem, so meeting data never leaves your
infrastructure. You control retention, models and access with SSO/SAML and RBAC.

**How fast can we launch?**
Cloud can be live in a few days. In-house usually takes one to two weeks.

**Do you support Microsoft Teams?**
Zoom and Google Meet work out of the box today. Microsoft Teams, Webex and other platforms can
be added as custom development on request.

**Who owns the meeting data?**
You do. We don't train external models on your data, and in-house keeps everything within your
